ホテル ジュンダ・デスポットハウスは、トルコ・アイワルクにある歴史的建造物を修復し、ホテルとして再び活用できるようにしたプロジェクトです。主屋とその貯水槽は、オリジナルの素材と建設技術を尊重しながら修復されました。後年の増築部分は撤去され、古い塗装や漆喰は洗浄されています。木製の床、扉、窓、階段はオリジナルに忠実に再建され、基礎と構造システムは補強されました。主屋には20の客室が設けられ、レストラン、スパ、プールがホテルとしての機能を支えています。
