サービスロボット Niro Maxは空港向けに設計されたサービスロボットです。顔認識と自然言語による対話により、チェックイン、チケットの払い戻し、フライト情報などの旅客対応を行います。SLAM技術によってターミナル内を自在に移動し、自律的に充電することができます。背面の収納部にはAED（除細動器）と救急セットを備えています。外装は射出成形によるPCおよびABS樹脂製で、内部フレームにはアルミニウムと板金を採用しています。人件費を抑えながら、能動的なサービスを提供することを目指しています。
