公園 湧泉は、かつての製糖工場跡地に整備された公園である。敷地面積は22,672平方メートルで、旧工場の鉄道の痕跡を保存している。かつての本線の軌道跡をたどる環状の遊歩道が中央の池を取り囲む。復興路橋から池へ向かって展望デッキが張り出し、高架の木製デッキが島まで延びている。主要工場建屋に隣接する広い広場は、多くの人々を収容することができる。湧水と砂礫層が池を涵養し、水生植物や水鳥の生息を支えている。
