超高層ビル ザ・ランドマークは、オーストラリア・シドニーのセント・レナーズに計画された複合用途の超高層ビルである。地上階には商業施設が配置され、その上には4層のオフィスフロアと、1ベッドルーム、2ベッドルーム、3ベッドルームからなる約480戸の住戸が設けられている。プールとジムも備えている。高く細身のフォルムは全方位への眺望を確保できるよう配され、影が素早く移動することで近隣住宅への日影の影響を軽減している。プレファブ化されたモジュール部材の採用により工期を短縮。共用の垂直庭園と水平庭園が各階に配置されている。
