オフィスビル コハン・セラム本社ビルは、テヘランに拠点を置くレンガ製造会社の本社建築である。建物内にはショールーム、営業オフィス、ゲストユニットが設けられている。本プロジェクトのために、工業用レンガとキャストガラスを組み合わせた特殊なレンガブロックが開発された。各ブロックは厚さ19センチメートルで、2層のレンガの間に断熱層を挟み込んでいる。このブロックは、組積材、仕上げ材、断熱材としての役割を同時に担う。同一のブロックが外装ファサードを構成すると同時に内部空間を形づくり、プライバシーを守りながら自然光を室内へと導いている。
