住宅 J.Lalli Valley Villaは、中国・莫干山に位置する山岳型の住宅開発プロジェクトである。建築面積23,000平方メートル、全130戸で構成されている。建物は斜面に沿って階段状の列に配置され、各住戸が良好な日照と山々の広がる眺望を享受できるよう計画されている。4つの住棟グループが歩路と東屋を共有し、各グループには車椅子対応エレベーターを設置してバリアフリーのアクセスを確保している。山や樹木への影響を最小限に抑えるため、高床式構造とプレファブリケーション鉄骨部材を採用した。
