カンファレンスセンター 「International Islands（国際列島）」は、中国浙江省舟山市に位置するカンファレンスセンターである。設計の主題は「海上シルクロード」。建築形態は唐宋の伝統に由来し、唐代建築に見られる屋根と壁面の古典的な比例と意匠を採り入れている。わずかに傾斜した壁面は、下部の柱を太く上部を細くする伝統的な手法に倣うものである。基壇部の白石は、自然色の軒回りと対比をなす。大きくスパンを架け渡す形態が山と海を結び、開かれたランドスケープ回廊が都市に緑をもたらしている。
