高層オフィスビル Szhk科学技術プロジェクトは、中国・深圳における高層オフィス開発です。高さ250メートルのメインタワーは、枝を広げるアオギリ（中国梧桐）の姿を想起させ、商業ポディウムは樹木を思わせる形状で、そのファサードはアオギリの葉を映し出しています。この設計は、コミュニティ・ヘルスセンター、ツリーハウス型の書店、ゲームセンター、アートセンターを備え、住まい・レジャー・仕事が24時間循環する空間を形成します。自然換気、パンチングアルミ製ファサードパネル、ポディウム屋上の緑化、屋上の太陽熱給湯システムにより、エネルギー消費を削減しています。
