ランチルームのインテリアデザイン DB Schenker Upcycling Hubは、シンガポールに位置する400平方メートルのランチルームインテリアである。このデザインは廃棄材料を機能的な要素へと転換しており、透明なPETボトルのみから生成した特注フィラメントでプリントしたタイルによるシャンデリアもその一つである。本プロジェクトでは500キログラムを超える使い捨てプラスチックが再利用された。梱包材由来のポリスチレンフォーム、物流用段ボール箱の厚紙、廃棄された木製パレット、リサイクルゴム床材も活用されている。目指すのは、アップサイクルとサーキュラーデザインの可能性を示すことである。
