複合住宅 210ブロアは、42戸の住戸、126m2の商業スペース、地下3層の駐車場を備えた29階建ての複合用途建築物です。延床面積15,589m2、敷地面積の20倍となる全体容積率を実現しています。東西のファサードは敷地境界線まで設計されており、ミラーガラスによる三角形テッセレーション幾何学パターンを特徴としています。六角形パネルのミラー仕上げは、反射光と形態のキャンバスを創出しています。
