ストレッチ素材 Fenc Loopflexは、スポーツウェア、レジャーウェア、インナーウェア向けに開発されたスパンデックス（ポリウレタン弾性繊維）フリーのストレッチ素材です。ポリエステルのみで構成されたモノマテリアル素材であるため、繊維から繊維への水平リサイクルが可能となり、廃棄物の削減にも寄与します。製造は熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーのチップから始まり、無溶剤の溶融押出プロセスによって弾性糸へと加工されます。この糸を通常のポリエステルフィラメントとともに、あらかじめプログラムされたテンション設定で編み立てることで、スパンデックス混紡素材の2〜3倍のパワーストレッチ性を実現しながら、快適な着用感とサポート性のバランスを保っています。
