複合用途建築 江門テックシティは、10万平方メートルの敷地にオフィス、研究・イノベーション空間、商業施設、住宅を組み合わせた複合用途開発である。設計は緑豊かな棚田と、中国南部の伝統建築における騎楼(アーケード空間)から着想を得ている。層状にセットバックさせることで植栽テラスを生み出し、地上から屋上へと緑を連続させている。公共性の高い建物を主要道路に面して配置し、住宅エリアは北側に設けた。シェアワークスペースと公共広場は、起業家、小規模事業者、大企業のいずれをも支える。建設は段階的に進められる計画である。
