販売事務所インテリア Blue Coastは中国にある延床面積2,664平方メートルの販売事務所インテリアである。本設計は、販売機能、クラブ機能、そして将来の住居機能を一つの複合空間に統合している。「海上の真珠」というテーマは、南沙の文化や、灯台、漁網、潮といったモチーフから着想を得ている。石材、金属、ガラス、サテン、レザーを一体化した照明計画と組み合わせ、透明感と光の屈折を高めている。重層的な動線計画により、初回来訪、商談、フィットネス、プライベートな宴席をそれぞれ分離している。モジュール型の計画手法により、販売期間終了後はクラブ空間への転用が可能である。
