工場と工場オフィスは 1ヘクタールを超える工業用スペースとオフィス。このプロジェクトは、中立的なファサードと自然のままの内部空間を調和させています。役員室は入り口で露出しており、業界ラインへの視覚的なバルブとして機能する 3 階建てのロビーの上に浮かんでいます。オフィスエリアは広大なオープンスペースとして機能します。生産オフィスは生産ラインの中央に位置しており、ほとんどのエリアがよく見えます。内側の超透明ガラスのファサードは、オフィスと産業ラインの間の視覚的なつながりを強化します。プロジェクトの一部のエリアは既存の構造に適応されました。
