プライベートクラブのインテリア Hangho Land Bomaは、地下空間のリノベーションとして手がけられた延床面積1,000平方メートルのプライベートクラブのインテリアである。プランは、レセプションエリア、サンクンガーデン（沈床中庭）、ビリヤードエリア、カラオケエリア、スパエリアで構成されている。既存空間は床スラブが段違いになっており、柱も多く存在していた。梁と柱はオープンキッチンに一体化させることで、構造と意匠の両面を改善している。幅9メートルの電動扉が中庭と室内をつなぎ、透明ガラスと木製ルーバーがサンクンガーデンへ自然光を導いている。
